Blend all ingredients until smooth using an immersion or standard blender.
½ cup cottage cheese, ½ cup greek yogurt, ½ cup almond or cashew milk, 2 tbsp Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding, 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or maple syrup/honey, 1-2 tbsp vanilla protein powder, dark frozen cherries
Freeze mixture in a pint container for 24 hours.
Once frozen, spin in your Ninja Creami on the “ice cream” setting.
If crumbly, re-spin once or twice, adding a splash of milk if needed.
Test for smoothness – add more cherries or crackers during the final spin.
