Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 container sugar-free or dairy-free whipped topping
  • ½ cup crushed candy canes plus extra for topping
  • ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract adjust to taste
  • Optional: a few drops red food colouring

Instructions

  • Prepare the vanilla pudding according to the package instructions using your milk of choice. Allow it to thicken.
    1 sachet Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding, 2 cups milk of choice
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping until smooth and fluffy.
    1 container sugar-free or dairy-free whipped topping
  • Add the peppermint extract and crushed candy canes. If using, fold in a small amount of red food colouring for a festive swirl.
    ½ cup crushed candy canes, ¼ teaspoon peppermint extract, Optional: a few drops red food colouring
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle with extra crushed candy canes.

  • Chill for 15–30 minutes before serving for best texture.
  • Serve with your favourite cookies, biscuits, or pretzels and enjoy.
