Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Creami

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 tbsp Simply Desserts Vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5 keto chocolate sandwich cookies for mixing in

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients except cookies in the Ninja Creami pint.
    1 cup whole milk, ½ cup heavy cream, 4 tbsp Simply Desserts Vanilla pudding mix, 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Freeze the mixture for at least 24 hours.
  • After freezing, use the “Ice Cream” setting and spin at least 4 times for a creamy consistency.
  • Add the cookies and press the “Mix-In” button.
