Ingredients

  • 1 box Simply Desserts Unflavored Jel
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ¼ cup cold water
  • ½ cup Jameson Irish Whiskey or any Irish whiskey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • edible green drink glitter adjust amount for desired color
  • Optional: Whipped cream edible gold flakes for topping

Instructions

  • Dissolve Simply Desserts Unflavored Jel in cold water.
    1 box Simply Desserts Unflavored Jel, 1/4 cup cold water
  • In a separate heat safe bowl dissolve sugar, and vanilla in the boiling water.
    1/4 cup sugar, 1 cup boiling water, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whisk the boiling water mixture into the cold unflavored Jel mix. Then whisk in the whiskey and edible green drink glitter.
    1/2 cup Jameson Irish Whiskey or any Irish whiskey, edible green drink glitter
  • Pour mixture into mini serving glasses. Let it reach room temperature before refrigerating for 2 hours or until set.
  • When ready to serve, remove from fridge and top with whipped cream and optional edible gold flakes and enjoy!
