Ingredients

  • 1 sachet Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding
  • 5-8 strawberries plus extra for topping
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free granulated sweetener
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 ½ cups high-fat milk of choice Whole, Oat, or Coconut
  • ½ cup Highkey Vanilla Wafers

Instructions

  • Add strawberries, sweetener, and lemon juice to a Ninja Creami pint. Let it macerate and soften.
    5-8 strawberries, 2 tbsp sugar-free granulated sweetener, 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Add in Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding and milk. Whisk until fully combined.
    1 sachet Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding, 1 ½ cups high-fat milk of choice
  • Cover and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  • After freezing, use the “Lite Ice Cream” setting on the Ninja Creami to blend and remix until smooth.
  • Top with freshly chopped strawberries and whole or crushed vanilla wafer cookies. Enjoy!
