Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp chives finely chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1-2 tsp hot sauce optional, for a mild kick
  • 2-3 tbsp Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding
  • 1½ cups Like Air Sour Cream & Onion or White Cheddar Puffcorn crushed
  • Apple slices pretzels, or crackers for serving

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chives, garlic powder, and hot sauce. Mix until smooth.
    8 oz cream cheese, 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp chives, ½ tsp garlic powder, 1-2 tsp hot sauce
  • Fold in 2 tbsp prepared Simply Desserts Vanilla Pudding.

  • Form the mixture into a ball and chill for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  • Roll the chilled cheeseball in crushed Like Air Puffcorn until evenly coated.
    1½ cups Like Air Sour Cream & Onion or White Cheddar Puffcorn
  • (Optional) For extra sweetness, drizzle a thin ribbon of Vanilla Pudding over the top just before serving.
  • Serve with apple slices, pretzels, or crackers for a sweet-salty snack.
